Supported Community Connections/ Specialized Habilitation (Day Program services engages individuals in a variety of functional activities which are primarily habilitative in nature with an emphasis on skill development. These activities are provided in sheltered and community settings in which the majority of individuals have a disability or the primary purpose of the setting is to provide training or day activities for individuals with disabilities. Our day program facility is located in Castle Rock Colorado for which we provide round trip transportation. Our day program family prides itself in its quality service, staff and environment.
